Matt has used his various jobs with the US Postal Service, international non-profit groups, a short stint with the USDA Forest Service in Sitka, Alaska and most recently as the IT Coordinator for the globe-spanning Semseter at Sea program as inspiration for his short stories and novel ideas. A completed, unpublished novel, The Road to Sturgis, actually came to him in a dream and has no bearing on his real life.
Matt is interested in writing crime fiction, science fiction, fantasy, and perhaps the incidental literary novel somewhere along the way.

June Forte
Treasurer
June Forte is a writer. She spent 30 years as a journalist, editor, speechwriter and public affairs professional in a variety of military and Department of Defense positions. In a previous life she was a staff reporter for the Colorado Springs Gazette-Telegraph newspaper. Her short story "Texas Teardrops" was selected for public critique and published by Writer's Digest in a book of what not to do. This, plus a few fillers that appeared in Woman's World and the Washington Post, leads her to believe she is on the brink of producing a best-selling novel. Stay tuned!
